Community Living Supports in Oregon
Flexible community living supports and independent living
Community Living Supports (CLS) in Oregon are designed to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities live confidently and successfully in their own homes and neighborhoods.
These community living supports offer flexible, independent living support with daily routines, personal care, household tasks, community participation, and safety skills, based on each person’s strengths and goals. Services can be scheduled regularly or intermittently and are available in a person’s own home or family caregiver home, with options for one-on-one or small-group activities.
Behavioral coaching, assistive technology, and person-centered planning help children and adults build skills, stay connected, and experience full, meaningful lives in the communities they call home.
