After 14 years apart, we are pleased to report that both Dungarvin Minnesota, LLC and the National Central Office have merged again in one building named the Crosswind Centre. According to Dave Toeniskoetter, Dungarvin’s President and CEO, “a couple of years ago, I made the decision to bring both the NCO and the Minnesota team together again under one roof. Thanks to Tim Madden and Bob Lindahl, this has become a reality.”

By way of history in 1985, both the NCO and Dungarvin Minnesota moved into a common office building known as the Edyth Busch Building. By 1999, due to the rapid growth of the company, we had outgrown that building space. In that same year, Dungarvin Minnesota relocated to a separate office space in St. Paul. According to Toeniskoetter, “there were quite a few benefits of bringing Dungarvin Minnesota and the National Central Office together, including an improved state of the art training space, which was very timely due to the CCP acquisition and adding approximately 400 new employees. Additionally, Sengistix moved into a new office with room to accommodate the rapid growth that we expect of that company and the IS data center has a much improved and long overdue upgraded facility. Toeniskoetter added the most important benefit is “bringing the two largest Dungarvin teams closer together and that we now share a building”.

Bob Longo, Dungarvin’s National Director of Operations added, “having worked with both teams, I can truly see how this strengthens our organization and we are already reaping the benefits and synergies of this shared office space.”
