Dungarvin Minnesota Executive Assistant Tammy Hart gathered with colleagues this week to celebrate her 15-year Milestone Anniversary with the organization. The group, including Minnesota’s Administrative team and colleagues and leaders from Dungarvin’s National Central Office (NCO), enjoyed a luncheon as they honored Tammy.
Tammy, who also provides administrative support to members of Dungarvin’s NCO, received flowers and a framed collage of photos showing her with colleagues.
“Dedication, excellence and genuine heart are the qualities that come to mind when I think of Tammy,” said Jeana Moreno, Dungarvin Minnesota Senior Administrative Support Manager, in a speech during the party.
“She is a force; the master of getting things done. Tammy embodies what it means to be a true player. If someone needs help, she volunteers without hesitation. If the team needs support, she is there,” Jeana added.

Other attendees spoke about Tammy as well, including Dungarvin Regional Director Karin Stockwell, who said that Tammy is the “rock in rockstar of support” who keeps her on track and organized. She also said Tammy is kind and has a “can-do” attitude when solving problems.
The party’s honoree said she is thankful for the 15 years she’s been with Dungarvin. “The most meaningful part of my journey has been the relationships I’ve built and the opportunities I’ve had to work with amazing people who are committed to making a difference every day.
“I have learned so much, grown in ways I never expected, and I’ve had the privilege of supporting some truly exceptional teams and leaders,” Tammy continued. “I am grateful for the memories, the friendships and the chance to be part of an organization whose mission matters.”
