Zinia Holley, a Service Coordinator for ACI-Dungarvin in North Carolina, is celebrating her 10-year Milestone Anniversary with the organization.
Sonia Vick, I/DD Team Lead Supervisor, says Zinia is appreciated for her compassion, professionalism and strong skills in leadership and communication. “Zinia’s dedication and positive attitude have been instrumental in the continued success of our operations in the Elizabeth City area. She leads by example, promotes collaboration and is always willing to go above and beyond to support others. Her commitment to excellence and advocacy for those we serve has made a meaningful and lasting impact on our organization, the individuals we support and their families.”
Zinia said her 10-year career with Dungarvin has been meaningful to her because she enjoys meeting people, and she can bring her authentic self to work. “The most rewarding thing about my job is being able to help others and be an advocate for them.”
