We Are Growing

Effective January 1, 2015 Dungarvin acquired a portion of services provided by Legacy Endeavors, a provider of residential and non-residential services to adults with disabilities in Minnesota. Through this transition, Dungarvin added 12 group homes serving 34 people, as well as in-home, ILS, and supported employment services for approximately 35 individuals. Legacy Endeavors will continue to provide services to a small segment of their current folks.

The Legacy Endeavors’ programs are primarily located in Ramsey County, with two programs in Washington County. Dungarvin will continue to operate the selected Legacy programs and services, and will maintain Legacy’s staff overseeing those programs, which is about 90 employees. Dungarvin transitioned the “non-residential” services, effective January 1. Because of the need for Dungarvin to apply for licensing of the group homes, those locations will transition as licensing is received, which is hoped to be completed no later than March 31, 2015.

We’d like to congratulate Lori Kress, regional director; Nat Graf, Karin Stockwell, and Karen Klein, Dungarvin Minnesota’s senior directors; and the entire Dungarvin Minnesota team for their teamwork in this transition!

For the Legacy Endeavors employees joining Dungarvin – Welcome!
