Melissa Ness, Dungarvin Case Management Administrative Manager, recently gathered with her colleagues at the Dungarvin Minnesota Central Office to celebrate her 10-year Milestone anniversary with the organization. The group enjoyed piadas and shared an anniversary cake with Melissa afterwards.
Attending were her Case Management team and leaders, several members of the administrative team who worked closely with her when she first started at Dungarvin, and her partner. Throughout the event, many people stood to offer congratulations, share memories and express appreciation for Melissa’s dedication over the past decade.
“Melissa is an incredibly valuable member of our team because she brings unwavering dedication, deep knowledge and a genuine commitment to supporting both the individuals we serve and the staff she leads,” said Case Management Department Supervisor Bridgette Forsman. “She is dependable, thoughtful, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure that her team feels supported and that our work is completed with quality and compassion. Melissa leads with calm confidence, approaches challenges with solutions in mind and fosters a positive and collaborative environment wherever she goes.”
When asked what has been fulfilling about her career, Melissa replied: “Working with Dungarvin for 10 years has provided the space to productively contribute to our vulnerable communities. I have met some of the greatest people working here and have grown so much as a person and professional. I’m thankful for my experiences with Dungarvin.”
