The 140th Saint Paul Winter Carnival, Jan. 22—Feb. 1, 2026, included the King Boreas Grande Day Parade, beautiful ice sculptures and many other community events. Despite subzero temperatures, these festivities warmed the hearts of all who participated, including Dungarvin staff and individuals served.
