Dungarvin Oregon Program Coordinator Aretha Jackson recently celebrated a decade at Dungarvin. Since she began her journey with the organization, she has taken on several roles for multiple programs.
“Aretha adapts quickly to change and is well liked by both clients and co-workers,” said Area Director Nermina Cehic. “She consistently puts client care and support first, building strong, positive relationships with the individuals she serves. She shows her compassion in many ways, including her love for baking and cooking for the individuals, and always going the extra mile to make them feel cared for.”
When asked what she loves about her job, Aretha said, “The thing that’s given me the most joy is being part of teams whose goals are to make a positive impact on the lives of the people we support.”
Nermina said she’s grateful for Aretha’s dedication, hard work and commitment. And so is all of Dungarvin! Congratulations, Aretha!
