Dungarvin Senior Leave Manager Sarah Cave started with the organization in 2023. Before joining Dungarvin, she worked in Human Resources for a substance abuse rehabilitation organization.

What do you most value about your Dungarvin team?

I value their work ethic. They always show up when we need them.

What attributes do you value in a coworker?

Open-mindedness and creative thinking. When we all come to the table with an open mind, there is nothing we can’t accomplish.

How did the place where you grew up shape who you are today?

I grew up in an area that was a mix of suburbs and farmland, with a major city about an hour away. This exposed me to various ways of life and helped shaped my goal to keep an open mind.

If you weren’t working for Dungarvin, what would be your dream job?

I would own a bakery.

What do you like to do for fun?

I am a big women’s basketball fan and regularly go to watch my local WNBA team, the Las Vegas Aces.

If I am not at a game in my downtime, I am at home with my recently adopted cat, June, or traveling somewhere I can get outside or visit a new museum.
