With experience as a Human Resources Generalist under her belt, Jennifer McAlpine joined Dungarvin in 2023 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Recently, Jennifer was promoted to Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. She says the best part of her job is working with her team. “Every single member is super supportive, and hilarious!”
What do you like to do for fun?
I love to go on adventures and travel with my two boys and husband, play with my two dogs, read, take photos, go to sporting events and attend concerts to feed my love of live music.
Who are the heroes in your life and why?
Definitely my parents. My dad is and my Mom was very supportive, strong, kind, hardworking and have given me the most joy and love. They let me pursue any passion that I had growing up and continue to support me in the choices I make as an adult.
What do you consider your greatest achievement?
My children. I have a 7-year-old son who loves playing sports and video games, and a 4-year-old son with Down syndrome who loves people, music and dancing!
What do you most value about your Dungarvin team?
Their kindness, supportive nature, motivation to work hard, and of course their amazing personalities.
If you weren’t working for Dungarvin, what would be your dream job?
I would be a dolphin trainer, 100 percent!
