Before Christina Rivers joined Dungarvin’s Project Management team in 2024 as a Project Assistant, she garnered experience in operations and project management working in several different industries. These include an Office Manager for a large lighting manufacturer, a volunteer Program Director for a church, Project Sales Manager for an insurance startup and a Resource Project Manager with Resolve Maritime Cruise Services, where she managed logistics and scheduling for major cruise lines.
What do you like most about your job?
This role allows me to leverage my experience in planning, coordination and stakeholder communication to support projects that make a meaningful impact.

I value coworkers who demonstrate strong emotional intelligence by communicating thoughtfully and showing respect for others, along with a strong work ethic reflected in their reliability, accountability and commitment to delivering quality work.




How did the place where you grew up shape who you are today?
Growing up between New York and South Florida, I learned very early that in this life, you have to be equally humble and confident to achieve success.
What do you consider your greatest achievement?
Having a son and getting my Project Management certification.

What I value most about the Dungarvin team is how supportive and helpful everyone is in mentoring me as a Project Manager, while also genuinely prioritizing work-life balance.
