Ohio Supported Living Services offer individualized supports for people who want to live in their own homes or apartments while receiving just the right amount of daily assistance. 

This supported living model in Ohio can range from a few hours per week to 24-hour care, depending on the person’s needs. Staff help with skill development, health and medication oversight, personal care, household routines, and community access, with services delivered in the person’s chosen residence.

Support can be provided one-to-one or in small groups and may include behavioral services, remote monitoring, and assistive technology to promote safety, independence, and community life.

  • 24-Hour Support

    This program model provides 24-hour caregiver support for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

  • Partial Support

    For less than 24-hour needs, supported living services can be delivered on a preferred schedule or intermittently.
