Dungarvin Minnesota provides vocational rehabilitation services to help people learn job skills, get ready for work and succeed in paid jobs in their communities.
We support people through each step of the employment process — from exploring job interests and planning for work, to searching for a job, and then receiving ongoing support once a job is found. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and supportive as possible so people can build confidence and long-term stability at work.
We also work with transition-age youth, helping students explore career options, learn workplace skills and think about education or training after high school.
Through one-on-one coaching and close collaboration with schools, families and vocational rehabilitation counselors, we support both adults and youth as they take meaningful steps toward employment in the community.
