Individualized licensed residential settings for children and adults

We are proud to offer community residential services in a variety of individualized settings across Minnesota. We support people with a wide range of needs, including significant medical, physical, and behavioral challenges, using a person-centered approach that focuses on independence, personal growth, and quality of life.

Our traditional programs serve adults and children on DD, CADI, BI, or CAC waivers, as well as individuals who pay privately. Homes located throughout the metropolitan and greater metropolitan areas generally serve three to six people and many offer handicap accessible, single-level living.

In addition to group homes, we support people who live in their own home or apartment, designing services around each person’s specific needs, preferences, and goals. We also support people who live in their own home or apartment.

Using a person-centered approach, services are designed to meet the specific needs and wants of the people we support, with a focus on personal growth and empowerment.
