Employment Services in Indiana help individuals explore career options, develop job skills, and find and maintain competitive employment that matches their interests and abilities.
Supports may include job exploration, workplace readiness training, resume and interview preparation, job development, and on-the-job coaching to help people succeed in new roles. Staff work in partnership with Vocational Rehabilitation, employers, and families to build inclusive workplaces and natural supports on the job. Services are tailored to each person’s long-term career goals, with stabilization and follow-along support available as responsibilities grow and work environments change.
