Dungarvin Supported Employment Services in California help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities prepare for, secure, and maintain meaningful employment in their communities. Support can take place in community job sites or center-based settings, with job coaching, workplace readiness training, and ongoing follow-up tailored to each person’s strengths, interests, and goals.

Our employment specialists partner with businesses, regional centers, and other support teams to build natural workplace supports, promote independence, and create long-term success for adults age 18 and older.
