Before joining Dungarvin earlier this year, Real Estate Administrator Taylor Zahn had a career in property management for about six years, working her way up to the position of Property Manager for different companies, including for senior communities in St. Paul, Minnesota. She also has several years of experience as a Direct Support Professional.
What do you like most about your job?
I love being able to put my administrative skills to use in a related health care field. I am very passionate about helping older adults and people with disabilities, so being part of this team is incredibly fulfilling.
How did the place where you grew up shape who you are today?
I moved around a lot and, as a result, learned how to be around and communicate with folks from all different walks of life and ability levels. I also learned to appreciate all the different things individuals can bring to the table, even if they surprise me!
What do you like to do for fun?
Reading and gaming are my favorite hobbies. I am usually reading at least two different books at any given time: one fiction and one nonfiction. If I’m not reading, you can find me playing games like Stardew Valley and Civilization. I also love baking and swimming, when time and weather allow me
Who are your heroes in life and why?
My mom is my greatest hero and inspiration. I am forever grateful for the work she put in to raise my siblings and I, as well as the incredible example she sets for us on how to make the most of what life hands you.

Everyone I work with is on top of their roles and incredibly collaborative, always willing to lend a helping hand.
