Employment specialists at Compass Career Solutions, a Dungarvin company, bring decades of experience supporting people to secure gainful, competitive and equitable employment in the fields of their choice. We provide a range of supports, including job development, job coaching and ongoing employment support.

Our Supported Employment Services are designed to help individuals build skills, secure employment and maintain long-term success through personalized support and training. Services include community-based assessments, job placement, job retention, independent living and intensive training services.

Compass also offers transition services, supporting students as they transition from high school to employment after graduation. By working with schools, families and referral partners, we focus on skill-building, career exploration and connecting students to meaningful work opportunities in their communities. Students must be eligible for Developmental Disability Community Services (DDCS) and willing to work with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) to participate.
