Intensive Medical Living Supports in New Mexico provide 24-hour, registered nurse–supervised care for adults with significant and ongoing health needs.
These medical support services include specialized staff training, medication administration, monitoring of complex conditions, and implementation of individualized care plans. Participants live in community homes where staff provide one-to-one or small-group assistance, supported by on-site or on-call nursing oversight. Registered nurses coordinate with medical providers, support teams, and families.
