Han Hoppe

Han joined the Dungarvin family in 2021 as Chief People Officer (CPO). As the CPO, he is responsible for creating the talent strategy and vision that helps to achieve long-term success. Han develops and executes the Human Resources strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization. Additionally, he provides strategic leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team, shareholders, and our owners. Han holds a BSB from the Royal Netherlands Military Academy and a Master’s in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota (Carlson School of Management).
