Part-time Skills Trainers
Part-time Skills Trainers wanted to work with individuals with
developmental disabilities and/or mental illness throughout
Portland Metro area: Beaverton, Salem, Estacada, Canby, Southern
Oregon.
Teach effective behavior management strategies, observe,
document, and communicate information on client's behavior,
transport clients to appointments and community events, provide
community, social and basic skill training.
Ideal candidates will be independent, creative, have initiative
and self-direction and have at least one-year experience working
with people with developmental disabilities or mental illness.
Education in related field is accepted in lieu of experience.

Dungarvin is a national provider of
services to people with developmental disabilities.
Director. The Director is a key
position responsible for the operational management of assigned
programs and personnel. Under the supervision of the Senior
Director, the Director focuses on achieving valued outcomes for
individuals with developmental disabilities, management of
employees, and working collaboratively with people inside and
outside of the organization to provide various types of
services. The Director provides direct leadership to program
management staff to ensure the overall quality of Dungarvin’s
services. This position is located in the greater Eugene/Lane
County area.
Qualifications:
The Director should possess a Bachelor’s
degree in a related field and at least two years of experience
in working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Experience in managing personnel, budgets and staff
supervision. Should be a professional team member. Must have
good decision-making, time-management, and communication
skills.
