Humboldt is a newly built campus consisting of four one-level homes. Located on a huge wooded lot, targeted to serve 16 individuals. Each home has four bedrms, two bathrms, kitchen/dining/living room, office/storage room. Bus line within a block. Property and services registered through MN Dept. of Health and operated under class-F license Assisted Living Plus. Ideal candidate will need minimal assistance with ADL, is able to transfer independently, operate home appliances, arrange for transportation and handle financial matters with minimal support. Two day and one overnight staff, campus supervisor is an RN.
