Responsibilities: Responsible for implementation of general staff training, including new employee organizational orientation; assistance with departmental inservices; and monitoring of all training materials and equipment.

Qualifications: Minimum high school diploma/GED certificate; Experience/education related to teaching, staff training, development of training programs and inservice presentation; Must demonstrate proficient communication and interpersonal skills, as well as decision-making, time management and organizational skills; Must have or become certified in required training programs not limited to CPR, First Aid and MANDT. As a Response Center Advocate, you will respond to alerts for assistance from Sengistix customers’ home, generated by in-home sensors that alerts the response center staff if a customer needs assistance.
