Part Time Program Counselors- Bloomington, Richfield, Plymouth, New Hope, and Coon Rapids

 

Full Time Program Counselors- South Minneapolis, Brooklyn Park, Hugo, Shoreview, St. Paul, Eden Prairie, and Crystal

Quality services count at Dungarvin! In these positions you are the direct link to ensuring the people we serve have choice, respect and the opportunity to realize their individual potential! We have PT, FT afternoons, evenings, every other weekend direct care positions in the metro area, serving individuals with various needs and abilities. Experience with High Behaviors or High Medical Needs is preferred.

Community Support Staff-In Home- Hennepin and Ramsey Counties

The person in this position has the responsibility to coordinate the variety of services including, but not limited to: individual finances, recreation, program services, family involvement, education/vocational programs, health care/nutrition, and household management.  The CSS-IH is responsible to assist the program director in maintaining consistency in programming, individual care, and communication with staff and interdisciplinary team members.  The CSS-IH is also responsible to carry out the responsibilities of a program counselor during all direct care shifts.

Qualifications: Must meet all minimum requirements.  Experience working with individuals with mental illness, familiar with community resources such as housing, food/clothing, and county programs.  Must be responsible and reliable.

Residential Coordinator – Coon Rapids and Maple Grove

Use your leadership and organizational skills to coordinate the household responsibilities and activities in the day to day running of the home for the individuals residing in the home. This includes reaction, program services, family involvement, education/vocation programs, health care/nutrition and household management. The Residential Coordinator is also responsible to carry out the responsibilities of the program counselor as needed. 

Qualifications: Must meet all minimum requirements. Direct Care experience preferred. Experience with high medical needs and/or high behaviors is a plus! Must have strong organizational skills with computer and writing skills. Must be responsible and reliable with the ability to work independently.

Live-In Counselor- Robbinsdale

As the Live-In Counselor you act as a leader in fulfilling the responsibilities of a program counselor during all assigned direct care hours. Hired Live-In Coordinators are also expected that you live in the home as his or her legal, permanent residence, and take primary responsibility for the individual’s safety and care during sleeping and early morning hours.

Manage multiple sites serving individuals with intellectual and other types of disabilities. Provide staff supervision & training, program development, health care needs, licensing compliance, and day to day oversight of the sites.

Qualifications: Must meet all minimum requirements and have a 4 year degree in Social Services or related field.  Supervisory experience preferred with multi-site management a plus!

Ensure all aspects of programs are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to meet quality expectations and regulatory requirements. Communicate and work closely with Program Directors in order to have seamless service delivery for the program.

Qualifications: Must meet all minimum requirements and have 4 year degree in Social Services or related field.  Supervisory experience is preferred, multi-site management is a plus!
