Program Counselors

Quality services count at Dungarvin! In these positions you are the direct link to ensuring the people we serve have choice, respect and the opportunity to realize their individual potential! If you understand and know the importance of this role as hands on direct care professional, join a company where your commitment will count! We now utilize computers in all of our locations to electronically chart information so if you are computer savvy and looking to maintain your skills, this may be the fit you are looking for. We have PT, FT afternoons, evenings, every other weekend direct care positions in the metro area, serving individuals with various needs and abilities. Experience with High Behaviors is preferred.  

Qualifications: Must meet all minimum requirements. Experience preferred. Experience with Rule 40 is a plus! Must have strong computer and writing skills.

Locations: Twin Cities Metro, Hutchinson, and St. Cloud areas.

Residential Coordinator

            The Residential Coordinator is a pivotal position in the home, you have the responsibility to coordinate the variety of services including, but not limited to: individual finances, recreation, program services, family involvement, education/vocational programs, health care/nutrition, and household management.  The residential coordinator is responsible to assist the program director in maintaining consistency in programming, individual care, and communication with staff and interdisciplinary team members. 

Qualifications: Must meet all minimum requirements. Experience preferred. Must have strong computer and writing skills. Education or training in working with adults with varying developmental disabilities is preferred.  Prior experience in residential services for vulnerable adults preferred.  Must be responsible, reliable, and able to carry out job functions without direct supervision.

Program Director

The program director is responsible for coordination and management of the overall program.  The two priority areas of responsibility include supervising house managers & direct care staff, ensuring quality of services, and oversight related to the day-to-day operations. Experience serving individuals with intellectual and other types of disabilities required. 

Qualifications: In addition to minimum requirements, Must have a 4 year degree in Social Services or related field. Social Service/disability experience is required. Experience with Multi-Site management is a preferred.

All offers of employment are contingent upon passing a criminal background check, driver’s license and 3 satisfactory references. (We will check validity of all information given) Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED. Must have strong communications skills. Experience working with people with disabilities is a must!
