Dungarvin MN has recently expanded Adult Foster Care Services in Hennepin County!

We now have programs serving adults who have CADI, TBI, CAC, EW and MNDHO waivers. We also serve persons who select private pay!  The homes are located throughout the metropolitan area and North of the Twin Cities. Two homes are located in Foley, five in South Minneapolis, six in Eden Prairie, one in Robbinsdale, and one in New Hope. All programs offer handicap accessible single-level living. Each home serves four individuals, each with his or her own bedroom. Services are provide 24-hours per day.
