Dungarvin

living, community inclusion and self-determination. Common

Residential Services
- We provide residential support services to adults individually
and in small groups, living in typical homes throughout the
community.

Individualized Day
Services - Individualized day services focus on community
integration, communication, and problem-solving and
decision-making in everyday living, assisting people to prepare
for a vocational, recreational, or other community based programs.
Skill building areas may include socialization, ADLs such as
self-care and caring for one's home, mobility, and participating
in leisure activities.

Self-Directed
Supports - We believe in self-direction for all consumers
and their families and in everyday practice, we seek to support
and enhance people's abilities and rights to exercise
self-determination in their lives. These services are tailored to
the individual's preferences and desires. Actual services
and levels of support would be adjusted based on the needs and
desires of the individual being supported.
