Dungarvin California is accepting applications for direct
care professionals.
We offer positions in day-care centers Santa
Rosa and Vacaville. You will have a choice of full or part time
positions or being on call.
We are looking for employees who love working in a challenging,
fast-paced environment. Job duties include: assisting individuals
with daily activities and personal cares; attending activities in
the community, and behavior management. No prior experience
required.

Program Coordinator
We have 2 Program Coordinator openings for Vacaville and Santa
Rosa sites. As a Program Coordinator you will:
-
provide
direct services to the consumers, including: assisting in
maintaining a clean, safe environment, meal assistance, and
supervising, training, and assisting the consumers in every
aspect of their lives during their “day program” attendance
hours
-
patience and
ability to work with individuals with severe behavioral
challenges in a non-intrusive, non-restrictive manner. All staff
will be formally trained in specific behavioral application
techniques and implementation
-
provide
direction, assistance and guidance to Program Counselors for
successful implementation of individual’s program plans and
goals. Develop daily community outing schedules. Complete daily
and monthly reports. Have computer experience and ability to
work with excel and other data documentation. Work cooperatively
with the program director and other staff in developing,
implementing, and evaluating consumer care and programming for
individuals with developmental disabilities

write all
assigned reports in a timely and complete fashion, including:
annual summaries, annual reviews, monthly reports, and 30-day
evaluation reports
-
promote a
positive, cooperative relationship with residential programs on
a regular and consistent basis and to act as a role model for
all program staff.

coordinate
the cleanliness and organization of the program and company
vehicles
-
comply and ensure compliance and
cooperation with policies and procedures, ID Team decisions and
program team
-
comply with directions from the Program
