Support Service Coordinator: The Support Service Coordinator is a pivotal position in the home.  This individual holds primary responsibility for areas of health care/nutrition and household management within the program.  In these areas, the Support Services Coordinator should be involved directly in all planning, assessments, and implementation. The person in this position has the responsibility to coordinate the variety of services including but not limited to: client finances, recreation, program services, family involvement, and education/vocational programs.  The Support Services Coordinator is responsible to assist the Program Director in maintaining consistency in programming, client care, and communication with staff and interdisciplinary team members.  This person is also responsible for carrying out the responsibilities and duties of the Support Services Specialist during all direct care shifts, as well as any addenda to this job description.
