Tim
& Diane Madden
Founders
Tim and
Diane founded Dungarvin in 1976, in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In
the organization's early days, Tim and Diane provided direct
support to the first fifteen people served by Dungarvin. As the
organization has grown, their roles have changed many times.
Today, they serve on Dungarvin's Board of Directors. Tim received a Bachelor of Arts
degree and a Law degree from the University of Minnesota. Diane
received a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Doctoral degree in long
term care administration from the University of Minnesota. |

Dave Toeniskoetter
President and Chief Executive Officer
Dave joined Dungarvin in 1980. He also serves on Dungarvin's Board
of Directors. Dave holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a Law
degree from the University of Minnesota. |

Mike Holmes
Vice President and
Chief Operating Officer
Mike
oversees all operations of the Dungarvin organization including
its four geographic regions. He joined the company in 1994
as Senior Director for the Indiana company. In 1998 he
became the National Director of Operations. He has 30
years experience in the management of human services. Mike
has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Political
Science from St. Ambrose College in Davenport, Iowa.
Additionally, he has completed coursework toward a Graduate
degree in clinical Psychology. |

Joe
Regenscheid
Secretary, Treasurer, and
Chief Financial Officer
Joe joined
Dungarvin in 1994. In addition to accounting and finance, Joe
oversees the organization's Information Services and Real Estate
Services departments, and serves as Dungarvin's corporate
Secretary and Treasurer. Joe graduated from the University of
Saint Thomas in Saint Paul, Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts
degree in accounting. Joe is also a Certified Public Accountant
and a Certified Management Accountant. |

Debi Allsup
Director of Human Resources and Risk Management
Debi
joined Dungarvin in 1993. She oversees the corporate human
resources functions including policy administration, employee
relations consultation and benefits administration. In 2006, she
also assumed responsibility for risk management. Debi graduated
from the State University of New York with a Bachelor of Arts in
Psychology and an emphasis in human resources management. She has
completed coursework towards her MBA. |

Daniel
Griffin
Regional Director - Region 1
Dan joined Dungarvin in 2004 serving as Senior Director for
Dungarvin Colorado. In 2009 he relocated to Indiana and became
the Regional Director for Region 1. As the Regional Director
for Region 1, Dan is responsible for the overall management of
three states: Alabama, Indiana and Ohio. Dan possesses over 20
years experience implementing services to meet the needs of
children and adults with disabilities, including specializing in
behavior support and habilitation. He was recipient of the 2004
National Easter Seals Lowendron Program Innovation Award. Dan
graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University in Delaware, Ohio with a
Bachelor of Arts in History. |

Lori Hofmeister
Regional Director - Region 2
Lori
became a Dungarvin team member in 1995 serving as an Area
Director and Senior Director prior to becoming Region 2's
Regional Director in 2003. As Regional Director for Region 2, Lori
is responsible for the overall management for three states:
Connecticut, New Jersey, and Wisconsin; and the
District of Columbia. Lori has over 20 years
of experience working with the developmental disabilities
community service systems at agencies including The MARC Center,
Springfield Association for Retarded Citizens, and Warren
Achievement Center. Lori earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Sociology from Monmouth College in Monmouth, Illinois and
received her Masters of Science degree in Rehabilitation
Administration from Southern Illinois University's
Rehabilitation Institute in Carbondale, Illinois. |

Bob Longo
Regional Director - Region 3
Bob joined Dungarvin in 2011 and currently
serves as the Regional Director for Region 3.
Bob is responsible for the overall management for the
states of Minnesota and Oklahoma.
Additionally, he oversees Sengistix nationally.
Prior to joining Dungarvin, Bob served as an Operating
Group President for a national disabilities provider.
Bob possesses over 25 years of experience working within
the behavioral health and disabilities fields.
Bob earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and
Biology from Loyola University of Chicago and his Masters of
Science degree in Health Services Administration from The
University of St. Francis.
He has served in leadership and advisory roles for a
variety of community-based organizations and currently serves on
The Board of Directors for the Brain Injury Association of
America.

Robert
Bachicha
Regional Director - Region 4
Robert joined Dungarvin as a Regional
Director in 2006. Previously, Robert had been the Senior
Director for Dungarvin Colorado from 2000-2004. As the
Regional Director for Region 4, Robert is responsible for the
overall management of six states: California, Colorado, Nevada, New
Mexico, Oregon, and Utah. Robert has extensive experience
in the field of developmental disabilities, including positions as
a training coordinator, case manager, advocate, senior director,
and executive director. In addition, Robert has served on
the Executive Committee for Alliance, the developmental
disabilities service provider organization in Colorado.
Robert completed his undergraduate work at Colorado College in
Colorado Springs and earned his Master of Public Administration
degree from the University of Colorado at Denver. |
