"These Teams Have Never Come Together in Such a Positive Manner"

I am a Resource Coordinator with North Metro Community Services.  I've been an RC for the last 3 years, and I currently work with two clients through Dungarvin.  The two clients that I work with at Dungarvin are very specialized, requiring suspensions, therapy, restrictions, ILD's, etc.

My comments are in regard to the staff that work with these clients.  Heather W. and Craig R. have been wonderful additions to these teams, and Heather especially needs recognition for the hard work that she has put into these cases.  I have been in this field a long time, and seen plenty of turn-over.  With the two cases I have been describing, there has been a significant amount of turn-over in the last two years. Heather and Craig have been able to come in to these chaotic cases and completely turn things around.  We have gotten farther now with our clients than we ever have before, and I truly believe it is because of Heather and Craig.  I truly feel that they both need to be recognized for the effort that they have put into their jobs since beginning with these individuals.  I know how difficult it is to come upon a case that needs reorganization and follow up, and Heather and Craig have really stepped up to the plate and accomplished a lot.

For that we are all grateful.
