Community
Support Provider, Counselor, Support Services Specialist,
Habilitation Training Specialist, Job Coach, Skill Trainer:
Work with
individuals with developmental disabilities providing community
based supports. Responsibilities may include teaching
independent living skills to maintain a clean and safe living
environment, meal preparation and self-administration of medication.
Transporting individuals to activities and/or appointments may also
be your responsibility. Additional responsibilities may be
specific to the individual’s needs.
Community
Support Manager, Day Program Supervisor, Coordinator, Support
Services Coordinator, Lead Counselor, Residential Coordinator,
In-Home Coordinator:
Responsible for the coordination of services for individuals with
developmental disabilities including finance, medical, recreation,
program services, family contact/involvement, education, and
household management. Assist the program director in
maintaining consistency in program implementation and communication
with staff and interdisciplinary team members. Also performs
the same duties as counselor (see above).
Live-In
Counselor, Live-in Community Support Provider:
Responsible to live in the home or sleep on site with same duties as
counselor (see above). Room and board is provided.
Direct Service
Management
Full-time positions require bachelor’s degree in human services or
related field, experience in working with people with developmental
disabilities and managerial experience. Position title and/or

Program
Director, Program Manager, Contract Manager:
Develops ISPs/program plans while assuring compliance with
licensure/certification guidelines and organizational policies.
Hires and supervises direct service professionals. Coordinates staff
training activities. Manages and/or coordinates household budgets,
medical services and maintenance of residences. Assures
overall quality of life for individual’s served.
Case Manager: Assist
persons served, families, and providers to gain access to necessary
support resources, facilitate circle of support plans, provide
education and training opportunities to individuals to enhance
self-advocacy skills, assist individuals with problem resolution.
Director/Program
Services Coordinator:
Overall
responsibility for management and administration of programs/services
and new development in assigned geographic area of state. This
includes budget development and implementation, rate negotiation,
licensing, strategic evaluation and planning, staff development,
hiring and supervision of program directors and assigned support
staff, policy development, marketing and proposal development.
Behavior Specialist:
Assess behavioral strengths/needs of consumers, write behavior support
plan and train staff on implementation, assess implementation, monitor
ongoing behavioral issues, and coordinate behavioral training/needs
assessment.
Training/Quality Manager:
All training (NSO), safety committee chair, monitoring of quality
initiatives.

Technician,

Financial Analyst, Controller:
Accounting personnel are responsible for the operation and coordination of
the organization's funds and financial records, and for the
processing and coordination of employee payroll. Specific
areas of responsibility include accounts payable, accounts
receivable, consumer finances and employee payroll.
Computer skills/expertise in spreadsheet and accounting software
programs strongly preferred. Management position
responsibilities may also include annual plan preparation, budget
development, financial forecasting and cost reporting.

Finance personnel are responsible for implementation and
administration in the areas of real estate purchases; sales and
leasing; capital asset financing; property, auto and liability
insurance; vehicle fleet and corporate shareholder transactions.

Assistant,
Specialist, Administrator, Manager, Director:
Human Resources
personnel are responsible for benefits administration, recruitment,
and basic employment law. Computer skills/expertise in word
processing, data entry and HRIS related software is strongly
preferred. Management position responsibilities may also
include supervision of HR staff, quality assurance, training, EE
relations and management of personnel policies and procedures.

Services:
PC Support
Specialist, Senior User Support Analyst, Database and Applications
Analyst, Network Administrator, Web Services Administrator,
Technical Trainer, Applications Support Administrator, Director:
Information Services personnel are responsible for user supports,
network support, administration of applications and databases, web
services and technical training. Strong computer and technical
skills are required. Management position responsibilities may
also include supervision of IS staff, overall management of IS
operations and systems as well as planning and budgeting.

position.
Maintenance:
Technician,
Housekeeping, Engineer, Manager:
Maintenance
personnel are responsible for day to day building maintenance
including heating, plumbing, electrical, general repair and/or
housekeeping. Management position responsibilities may
also include taking an active role in the development and
implementation of maintenance policies and procedures and
supervision of maintenance staff. Experience and educational
requirements vary dependent upon position.
Nursing:
Nurse, Health
Services Manager, Counselor, Coordinator, Clinical Manager, Manager:
Nursing
personnel responsibilities include training and monitoring staff on
the administration and documentation of medication, assist in
developing care and treatment plans, monitor health status of
individuals supported and performing quality assurance reviews.
Current nursing license (LPN/RN), experience and additional
educational requirements vary dependant upon position.
Management position responsibilities may also include management of
department services and staff, review of health care policies and
procedures and training.
Secretarial:
Secretary, Office/Program Assistant, Receptionist, Administrative
Secretary, Administrative Assistant, Secretarial Coordinator, Office
Manager:
Secretarial personnel are responsible for completing a variety of
tasks and coordination of projects including maintaining
organizational policies and procedures. Must be able to work
with people at all levels of the organization and community and
possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

include creating and maintaining budgets, supervision of secretarial
staff, purchasing and inventory. May perform other related
